The powers of the Board of Directors stem from Article IV, Section 1 of the Bylaws and from Article 5, Section 5.5 of the CC&R’s. There are five directors elected to the Association’s Board of Directors (the Board). Each director is an Owner and member of the Association. Regular meetings of the Board are held at least quarterly per Robert’s Rules of Order. Meeting minutes are kept and shared with members via e-mail. The current directors are:
